Overfishing is when more fish are caught than the population. Overfishing can change the how the fish reproduce and the speed at which they mature. This can also lead to an imbalanced food web and the ecosystem will collapse. One solution to this significant issue is we can set up more Marine Protected Areas to help reduce the effects of overfishing. We can also educate fishermen and tell them the detriment of overfishing. ⛵
